The COVID-19 pandemic causes country lockdowns and the suspension of flights across the globe gives the clarity back to the sky. The significant NO2 reduction has brought up the awareness of greenhouse gas emission once again. At EVA GLORY, we practice respecting the environment and sharing resources with our mother nature. From eco-friendly foam material DeCoto which reduces greenhouse gas emissions; we also recycle our foam residues, even if a small number of foam injection wastes, step by step to achieve the circularity.

Biobased Foam DeCoto

Decrease CO2 and Reduce Petroleum Usage

DeCoto is an eco-friendly biobased foam with up to 30% biobased carbon content. It conforms to USDA BioPreferred Program under foam intermediates (22%) category. DeCoto is made from a wild range of renewable biobased feedstock including bamboo, rice husks, straw, wood and agricultural waste, which are not eligible for food or feed production.

38% FOSSIL EVA REDUCTION

Fossil EVA usage is reduced which produces less harmful and toxic materials that cause environmental pollution.

23% CO2 EMISSION REDUCTION

The production of DeCoto foam decreases CO2 emission by up to 23%. Because fossil fuel usage is reduced. The amount of decreased CO2 equals 18-40 trees CO2 in annual absorption.

50% RENEWABLE RESOURCES

DeCoto contains up to 50% renewable materials. It can also be recycled and is produced by using renewable energy sources.

Eva Glory is a foam manufacture expert, we produce hundreds of tons of foam material each year. For more than five decades, we are devoted to being a sustainable cooperate, protect our environment. At Eva Glory, we recycle our foam sheets trimming leftover and the residues from our fabricators to give them a second life without comprising their functional properties. Recycle foam also helps to minimize Pollutions and Environmental damage

Physical Recycle

trims and residues are recycled for the grinding process, and the small particles are compressed into blocks or sheets.

Chemical Recycle

contains up to 25% recycled foam residues, which were added back into the compound to produce new foam sheets.

Foam Injection

EVA GLORY is specializing in foam injection with a wide range of foam formulations. Foam injection is ideal for complex structures, such as curves and spheres that are difficult to achieve while using the traditional thermos-molding, thermoforming or CNC processes. Foam injection can also decrease the wastes of material, with faster cycle time and higher yields.
