EVA GLORY ESD Foam

EVA-GLORY offers EVA/PE-based foams specifically developed for static control applications, available in anti-static, ESD-safe, and conductive foam grades. Combining cushioning, durability, and stable electrical properties, they are widely used in electronics, medical settings, footwear, and other applications where electrostatic protection matters.

Foam Grades & Electrical Properties

EVA-GLORY’s static control foams are available in three types: anti-static, ESD, and conductive. Each type is defined by how it handles static electricity – whether it prevents it, releases it slowly, or transfers it quickly. This is measured by two properties: surface resistivity (how static moves along the surface) and volume resistivity (how it moves through the foam).

The table below shows the typical resistivity ranges for each type.

Resistivity tells us how easily static electricity can pass through or along the foam.

EVA GLORY ESD Foam Grades

Anti-static foam

Anti-static foam has high resistivity and helps prevent static buildup. It’s commonly used in mats, surface pads, and footwear for general-purpose static control.

ESD foam

ESD foam has medium resistivity and safely releases static over time. It’s ideal for packaging electronics, circuit boards and other static sensitive components.

Conductive foam

Conductive foam has low resistivity and quickly transfers static to ground. It’s used for grounding high-risk devices, storing precision instruments, or protecting military electronics.

ESD Mats

Made from specifically formulated EVA compounds, these mats provide greater comfort than solid rubber and are ideal for use in assembly areas and precision machine environments.

Insoles

Available in anti-static, ESD, or conductive foam, these insoles are used in safety boots, dust-free shoes, and medical footwear.
Flat-cut and thermoformed styles can be customized based on your application.
