Nitrex is a proprietary protection foam series uniquely developed by EVA GLORY to deliver exceptional shock absorption. Its flexible structure withstands repeated impacts, making it ideal for motorcycle body protectors, equestrian vests, hockey helmets, rugby pads, and industrial safety inserts. On top of that, its closed-cell structure resists sweat and moisture, helping gear stay dry and hygienic during intense contact sports or use in wet, muddy, or cold environments.

Testing & Certifications

Nitrex protection foam meets strict international standards for protective gear, including

• EN1621 (motorcycle and winter sports protection)
• EN13158 (equestrian body protectors)
• EN1077 / EN1078 (helmet safety for skiing, cycling, etc.)
• NOCSAE (U.S. helmet performance standards)

To ensure compliance, EVA GLORY maintains an in-house impact testing lab and provides third-party test reports issued by SATRA. As a SATRA member for over a decade, EVA GLORY consistently engineers its foams to meet or exceed these benchmarks in shock absorption and safety performance.

The image below shows a SATRA-certified test report for our Nitrex back protector, used in motorcycle and winter sports gear. It confirms the foam’s reliable shock absorption even at -20°C and in high-humidity conditions.
